Runs on the large size

It was easy to adjust the straps to the size I needed to be able to wear it. The straps to connect to the belt could have been just a little longer to fit. I'm around 5'10". no disappointments
This harness is surprisingly rugged for how light it is. My belt is kind of heavy and when I have on with the harness it is like I am not wearing a belt at all. It is very comfortable on my shoulders and the straps are placed well.
