    I know that I wasn't careful in looking at the pictures of this unit , but the listing said open box which usually means the unit is all there. The seller sent me one half of the machine !! I looked at buying the missing parts and it would cost me an additional $480.00 plus shipping. I'm upset but what can I do ? "An item in excellent, new condition with no wear.     As described and pictured, packed well, labeled properly and shipped the same afternoon. USPS "lost" the safety kit in transit, then said it was never scanned into the system, all of which caused an unnecessary delay and wasted time on both ends.
