    They sent me a different thermostat than what was in the listing that I purchased. Worst part, the different thermostat came without the wiring plate so I couldn't even make it work without paying extra money for a separate wiring plate that took an additional 5 days to arrive. I had to be without heat in my house that whole time. I contacted the seller immediately and they never replied. My worst eBay experience so far.

    Why did I wait so long?

    I was fearful that there would be hiccups in programming it after it was installed. Nope! Easy Peasy! Love not having to lock it after leaving in am or when I come home. It happens 30 seconds after I close the door. PS - Coordinates nicely with the lockset (and I didn't use the lockset's separate deadbolt). Now I have to repaint the door!
