    Item as described and seller is responsive. Replaced the faulty 'free' usb c cable that came with the phone. However, packaging could be improved - it was packed only in a light jiffy bag with a small cardboard on the screen... Extra bubble wrap would have helped secure the phone further. The postman dropped the item into the letterbox through the door, therefore packaging could be improve to allow for rough delivery handling/potential delivery drops. Thanks anyway.

    slightly dissapointed

    I chose this phone purely for its colour. I was really attracted to it so I bought it but without realising it was European Sim Only! I had bought this as a gift and was sending this phone abroad outside Europe so even though it was unlocked to UK it was locked for everywhere else. This caused me a lot of time and money to try and unlock this phone. it managed to get done thank fully after a whole week but it did cause me distress. next time please specify in large writing in the header if this is a European Sim Only phone, all buyers should be made aware before purchasing.

    Works well, good battery life.
