    The laptop came in damaged from transit, it is functional and looked exactly like the photos save from the damage. It would have been perfect quality had it been packaged properly. The seller does not accept returns but when we reached out showing the packaging and subsequent damage they were willing to accept a return, which spoke a lot to the integrity of their business. We decided to keep it and take it to get fixed locally. Overall still a great experience with the buyer!

    Great Deal!! Exactly What We Needed

    We bought this Macbook for our grandson for studies. It was easy to set up and the condition like new. it's very lightweight and the battery life is great!! The only issue we had was connecting to FaceTime and Messages, but after a couple of calls to Apple support, we were able to resolve the issue. We will come back to buy a few other laptops for other family members. Thank you!!
