I've owned fountains before and know how small pumps work. The instructions say not to worry if the pump doesn't work immediately. Lifting it up and replacing it will readicate the air bubbles. I've lifted it up and down over 25 times. In 5 hous, the longest the water has circulated is 15 minutes, and that was only one time. Very disappointing.
