    Savi 8220 does connect to the dongle instantly - DECT USB dongle (but less range than base)

    Very nice lightweight and comfortable headset. I bought it for the DECT technology and although not at the "go to the mailbox" range as some of my Jabra, this Savi 8220 does connect to the dongle instantly making my work from home tasks much more dependable. Using the bluetooth on other Plantronics sometimes takes patience, but when I am in a pinch I will grab this and plugin to get going on any laptop right away. The USB-C charging port standard is another great selling point that makes it easy to not have to always go to the base - I talk so much that I use a portable powerpack and magnetic charging cable that safely detach when tangled - no strangulations to report to my employer!

    Plantronics Headset

    This headset does not connect to other bluetooth devices. Like my different model Plantronics headset. I also need instructions how to pair my headset to the USB antenna device.
