    A great value block of Scott #1448-1451. Cape Hatteras National Seashore. National Parks 100th anniversary MNH stamps. As described, cheap price, speedy shipped. I mounted and matted the block in little 4" x 4" picture frame and mailed it to my friend in Hawaii. He was the west coast director of the National Parks Conservation Foundation, a ngo dedicated to protecting the parks through lobbying efforts and by educating and mobilizing citizens. I appreciate it and highly recommend this seller.
