    Dripping with Cool

    The design of this guitar is perfection in playability, tone, and good looks. The neck is of one piece mahogany, which is an improvement from previous models. The tone and sound is very well balanced considering the maple back and sides, and considering that, the acoustic projection is lacking, but plugged in, the guitar's sound rounds out just fine. This guitar just looks, feels, and plays great, and that's what I like about Gretsch. They're just plain cool guitars.

    A GREAT guitar.

    The guitar is a great sounding, easy to play, and beautiful. There was a slight glitch with the volume switch on the electronics when I first got it, but it seems to have fixed itself. It's a fantastic guitar.

    Bright sound - which can be manipulated well through the on-board electronics. Larger body guitar. I'll probably set down the action a bit when I re-string it. Neck has a good feel, and it plays more expensive than it is.
