    Best Version of 1984 available

    This is about a dystopia, written by George Orwell, an ex-Socialist. In this world "Newthink" replaces truth. The truth gets edited out of existence by having written articles deleted and paper traces of it consigned to an incinerator. The goal is to make all citizens compliant and dumbed down. This sounds like today's situation in which the Mainstream Media is used as a propaganda arm of its corporate controllers, and its allies in the Deep State.

    1984 is now.

    It’s amazing how many similarities there are from this movie to now. The media control, the lies, the alternate truths (more lies) is scary. I think everyone should see this movie and see why being an individual is key to survival of good societies (groups of individuals).
