    These actually work pretty good. I didn’t form it. I cut the part down that goes behind my upper teeth with some scissors and that’s it. It is a tad loose but it stays where it needs to. It’s been a few weeks and it hardly has any wear. I feel this will hold up a lot longer than the Dentek guard did. That guard only lasted me a month.

    I asked my dentist how much a night guard would cost! He said $500! For around $6, this one does the same thing. And once you are familiar with the process (order several pairs) its easy! Yes, they are "looser" than the $500 ones, and I wouldn't trust wearing them overnight (my problem was mainly during the day), but I just can't see paying for the "professional" ones. Also, you can now order your own "personal fit" guards for $99!
