    USPS said they delivered however it was not to the correct address as I never received it. Contacted seller and asked them to reach out to postal service. They asked me to look around and I did look all over the front of my house-nothing. Heard nothing back from seller and now I’m out the money and no eyeshadow pallet. Very frustrating.

    The product arrived with the lid completely broken and without the transparent paper that seals all new perfumes . No pieces of the lid were inside, so that’s how I know that the seller knew about that. That’s unacceptable on a “new perfume”. I contacted him and the only answer was: if you don’t like it send it bac I don’t live in USA, so I don’t have time and the way to send the item back. Nothing to do! I will keep it the way it is, but it’s a shame and I’m not happy at all with the purchase.
