The item I received had very low specifications and was not worth the money I paid. They described the laptop as having a Core i5 Gen 11 CPU, 8GB RAM, 128GB SSD, and including a charger. However, the item I actually received had a much lower configuration — CPU N100, 4GB RAM, 128GB SSD, and it did not include a charger. He reached me out last week and he said that he did not get the unit then i told him that ups collected the laptop from our warehouse. I filed a case to ups and meanwhile I told him that we can refund him if he wants while we are waiting to hear from UPS and he asked for refund. I processed his refund upon his request. and the listing was closed almost over 3 weeks and he is saying I sold his the every last item to him and the listing got closed.

I left a message for them and they fixed it within 2 hours without canceling the order and re-order. SUPER HAPPY with them. I'm not experienced with pricing of the items but I think prices are fair, but I'll be buying more from them because their service is AWESOME! Condition looks good. Appearance is good. Packing was excellent. all parts accounted for. Haven't tested them yet. Wish they came with powercord but no biggie. 5stars!
