I ordered this friend never haven't used it before but I thought for the price what the heck. I'm glad I bought it. It is a good friend and it delivers what it says it does zinc is very important for our immune system especially now with the covid-19 virus. Pair this up with some vitamin C vitamin D3 and zinc and a good multiple. I also take echinacea complex which is a bit different than just plain echinacea as it has burdock root and a couple other ingredients in it that help reinforce the immune system. I feel that zinc is one of the most important ones to take with vitamin D3.
