She sent me shipping label to return the pedal and once I dropped it off at Fedex pickup they shipped me a new one. I received the replacement in 2 days. Fantastic customer service. I will be doing more business with Alto Music in the future.

They forgot to ship cord but promptly said that they would send cord in mail.  my only complaint is that they could’ve packed it better l- there wasn’t much packing material inside of the box and the corner of the box was damaged and during shipment.  as a whole I got a decent used item for a good price.
