    Prompt delivery and very good packaging. The 4 DVD cases 8 DVDs came secured in a box and arrived in very good condition. However, the course book which was supposed to be included was missing. I contacted the seller who stated that no book is available. The seller had put so much effort in securely packaging these items and money for shipping that I decided to not request to return this order. I did find another seller who had just the book for sale and I ordered their book.
