    The seller was initially polite and responsive. However, the description on the listing was very inaccurate to the item I received (different materials- it's thin and all cotton, not the cotton & wool fall/winter jacket the description claimed it to be). When I politely informed the seller of this and asked to return the item, they refused, admitted they generated the description with AI and blamed me for not asking them directly. I hope they will make it right and refund my $105.
