Please do NOT buy from this seller, every single laptop out of 12 received had a non working battery. They were listed as “used, fully functional batteries” Very deceptive and then tried to get me to close the return case before refunding me, after I had sent the laptops back. Think twice before wasting 2 weeks with your money tied up. Terrible experience!

It would have been perfect quality had it been packaged properly. The seller does not accept returns but when we reached out showing the packaging and subsequent damage they were willing to accept a return, which spoke a lot to the integrity of their business. We decided to keep it and take it to get fixed locally. Overall still a great experience with the buyer!

I will say it is still a good deal and it's working fine now that I have it set up. They did respond quickly to my questions and shipped really fast. It is a very nice-looking laptop and of good quality and condition. When Microsoft makes it that I need another replacement I'll definitely check back with this seller.
