    Good quality. Hard metal, not plastic.

    Only thing is that the size is not accurate. They told me to measure diameter x 3.14.pie The size that matched this messuring was much too small. Oh, and it has a lip around the inside. As if meant to mount on top of post that the seat post goes into, eliminating your quick release bracket. I managed to spread it a tad to slide it up on seat post itself and tighten it down well enough. It needs only to hold brackets so the rack does not slide forward or back. This way, no one is going to easily steal my seat, but then, it would be a project for me to remove my seat, soooo. ๐Ÿ˜‚ So, just be sure you get the size straight with your seller. Otherwise, good product. Bolts for bracket screwed in nicely.
