    The slippers are exactly as described and pictured. They were late arriving BUT that is not the seller’s fault as it was sent immediately after purchasing. The fault appears to have been at the Jamaica New York International Distribution Center as the tracking shows many instances of being “In transit to next facility” over four days with the facility not listed until the fifth facility which was in Kentucky. Kind of looks like it was just passed from desk to desk within the Distribution Center
