Even though I specifically asked upfront before buying about any undisclosed damage, this Seller still sent me a Haviland Limoges item with pre-existing damage. Then, this Seller immediately offered me $20 to keep the damaged item as a “fair resolution” on a $200 purchase and said “because it’s old I should expect it to have damage”. Ridiculous! When I didn’t want the $20 but wished to return his damaged item, he shut down all communication. Deceptive, unjust and unprofessional.
