    Not a waterproof eyeliner

    I’ve got really watery eyes, almost every emotion I feel or light wind I tend to cry, so I need an eyeliner that’s really waterproof. This one is nice but not an intense ink waterproof eyeliner as advertised. I wouldn’t recommend it for people who tend to touch their eyes a lot bc it smudges pretty easy and you can take it off with water...
