    The item was in VERY good condition. Her mane and tail are very silky and soft and there are not any noticeable marks or problems with the figure. She arrived appearing exactly as how she was shown in the listing. Shipping was done in a timely manner, and I think she was well priced. The seller even accepted my discounted offer which was greatly appreciated. Also, the packaging was as straightforward as possible. No extra wrappings or bubble wraps or boxes.
