Cheap case but good dvd
Received DVD undamaged but when unwrapping the overwrap, the corner of the plastic case broke apart without any effort or force. The plastic case is obviously of an inferior quality than other Disney DVD products of the past. Also, the cover now says " DVD only" which means that there is no paper insert tucked inside on the left side ? (...like many DVDs include showing either a Disney promo or chapters of this DVD... and at this point I was wondering if this really was released by Disney or if it was some kind of copy...) The DVD itself played well - the only bonus features was a commentary. All in all - for price paid I am happy enough. Perhaps the DVD case is how they come now.

No case, too bad
The DVD is fine. It did not come with a box. Perhaps the original display included that information and I did not see it. I would not have purchased this DVD without a case if I had realized that's the way it came. This is now the only DVD of hundreds I own that does not include a case, and I am disappointed.

It won't work on certain DVD players
Good movie but it won't work on certain DVD players for some reason. Also the subtitles look terrible when on. It's pretty much unreadable.

Toy Story 4 Completes our set (the Saga)
We loved all the movies - This is as good as all the rest. The disk came fairly quickly. It appeared in good shape. Now visual scratches. But it froze in 2 spots briefly and then moved on. Distracting but did not stop us from enjoying watching it.
