    The dilator is medical grade and the design makes it easy to use. My only gripe? The listing stated "free 3 day postage" but at checkout £5.99 was added for the postage. It arrived in a huge cardboard envelope bigger than A4. which dwarfed the contents. Most ads for items in this category also stated free 3 day postage but all charged at checkout. I can't remember the last time I had to pay for postage! The packaging could have been much smaller. It did arrive tracked and needing a signature
