    Need help getting or staying asleep

    If you need help getting or staying asleep or of the age that you need to visit the bathroom a couple times during the night and have trouble getting back to sleep, try a couple of these at bedtime. You might also want to try a Melatonin tablet with this stuff especially if you are older.

    Relaxing Herb

    This product has helped me so much in the evening. I am sleeping better throughout the night. Take two an hour before bedtime and you will be relaxed and will have no problem sleeping. Some may have to take one when first starting as everyone is different when taking a new product.

    NOW FOODS makes the best vitamins and supplements. Their melatonin is the best because it's in a powder capsule as opposed to tablet which takes longer to dissolve and feel effects. I'm sure the Valerian Root is top notch too.

    These really help me sleep

    I used to have trouble going to sleep and staying asleep until I started taking one of these pills before bedtime. I passed it by my doctor and he said okay it won't harm me at all so if it works for you by all means go for it.
