    One blade better than 2 blade disposables?

    I like disposable razors, and what's available in local stores is the kind with 2 blades. My beard is fairly light except for my chin. The 2 blade models, whether Bic or Schick, required going over my chin repeatedly, sometimes 4 or 5 times and in different directions, and still there would be 8-10 missed hairs, scattered over my chin. When I finally got fed-up with this I thought to check on ebay to see if any 1 blade razors were available; Bics were, I bought and now experience 2 passes over the chin and no hairs left. Just had my 3rd shave with the only razor I've used, and it shaved me quick and clean, better than the 1st shave with the 2 blades.

    The first and best

    These are the original single blade Bic that started things going. Long since replaced by more complicated and more expensive types. (Even the single blade Bic Steel - a very good razor - is impossible to find.) I don't know if people with heavy beards need the multi-blade - I sure don't. I find the single blade more efficient and more comfortable. I was delighted to find these.

    Easier to clean, last longer and are less expensive than the multiple blade razors.

    Single edge razors don't have the problem of hair getting stuck between the blades. Better than the more expensive razors being sold at pharmacies today. They last longer too.

    It is the best Razor for the money.

    This is the only Razor that I use. Ebay is the only place that I can find my favorite BIC. I only use the white handle with with the orange head. I get 1 to 2 months use per Razor. I am happy to shop ebay for my Razor. I am 72 years old. The BIC Classic cannot be found in local stores of the Midwest. Russ Mathews Herrin,IL.

    GREAT AND SMOOTH SHAVE

    THESE BIC-1 RAZORS ARE THE ONES I HAVE MISSED FOR MANY YEARS. THEY ARE A LOT SMOOTHER THAN THE BIC SENSITIVE THAT ARE NOW AVAILABLE IN STORES IN THE U.S. THIS SINGLE BLADE IS MUCH EASIER TO RINSE SINCE IT DOES NOT TRAP THE BEARD STUBBLE THAT THE 3-5 BLADES DO. I ORDERED MORE AFTER I TRIED AND USED THEM FOR A WEEK OR SO.
