    Item officially listed in New York with 30 day return. Additional info said no returns (didn't see until after delivery). Item delivered with 2 additional holes not in description with black stuff all over shirt. Seller isn't in NY, but in Canada. Can't return otherwise $30 ship. seller told me to wash it- doesn't address the 2 extra holes (3 holes total). ended up doing partial refund, overall not happy. Official listing was misleading as I never buy out of Country for this very reason.
