They says sellers try to make it right if there is an issue. Complete opposite experience with this seller. Their production description didn’t match the product they sent. They advertised “joggers” and I got capris. Their item description even said 28” length. They are 23”!! Not even close. Their response when I asked for a refund was “I don’t do refunds. Items fit people differently.” Very unprofessional customer service. They also never shipped my item until I contact them for it. Stay clear!
