the seller went above and beyond from a customer service standpoint. there was difficulty having the package delivered since its ebay authenticated and requires signature. seller called ebay customer service and provided clarity on the issues with fedex. ultimately we were able to sort things out with fedex and pick the package up. the bag is excellent and we are very appreciative of the customer service the seller provided. i don't often leave detailed feedback but wanted to commend the service
