    Dell Inspiron E1505 is very forgiving, buy it

    love this machine, over heated and fried my first one after 2 years in Alabama heat, got a cheap one and put my old hard drive in and it was just fine. first one - found in trash, watersoaked, dead dvd, needing a key - Dried, replaced bad parts, ghosted 80 gig drive to 200 gig drive, brought a new battery(still did not charge - fixxed that with another power brick), updated xp before xp expired, ABUSED this machine! still using xp on replacement
