    I’ma first time buyer with Alto Music and it won’t be the last. Outstanding customer service. The pedal that I purchased has an issue with it. I emailed a video of the problem and phoned customer service. No problem at all. She sent me shipping label to return the pedal and once I dropped it off at Fedex pickup they shipped me a new one. I received the replacement in 2 days. Fantastic customer service. I will be doing more business with Alto Music in the future.

They forgot to ship cord but promptly said that they would send cord in mail.  my only complaint is that they could’ve packed it better l- there wasn’t much packing material inside of the box and the corner of the box was damaged and during shipment.  as a whole I got a decent used item for a good price.

    Excellent instrument

    I have been hunting for a short scale bass for a while and came across this. The stacked knobs are awesome, and the 32” scale is super fast when combined with the jazz-style neck. The tone of the bass itself really blew me away. This bass made me actually think of selling others because they won’t touch the tone this gets. Highly underrated, I can’t recommend this bass enough. Don’t get hung up on the fact that it’s not a true fender; this plays as well as any $1k+ instrument of its style IMO.

    Squier Classic Vibe Jaguar bass

    The 32” scale is what makes this bass work for me. My Precision bass (34”) scale is a bit too long and my Mustang bass feels like a beginner bass. I can easily span four frets with the Jaguar. It looks fine and tone right out of the box is excellent. Five stars!
