    Improves my mood!

    I have bee taking this product for a while and it’s helped me so much! I love how it makes me feel. The one thing I would recommend is to take it with plenty of food and water because of I don’t it makes me feel a little queasy for a few minutes. Other than that I love it.

    Alani Nu, I'm all in...

    In the beginning stages of perimenopause so the hormones are going rogue (ladies you know??). Took no more than 4 days before "things" began to balance out and get back on schedule. No hormonal acne thus far either so give it a try.
