i bought the acer nitro5 laptop from them it didnt come with a cord like was advertised so i contacted them and they sent out a cord and i had it within 3 days... they are very reliable, fast and efficient and the display wasnt supposed to work but it does (just has a small scratch across the screen like very small hardly noticeable) only issue now is the battery dont hold a charge and theres some damage to the frame... but for the price and what it is... VERY WORTH IT and good seller
