Very pleased! The DSC-T9 has good weight (quality) to it and is even slightly smaller than my DSC-T1 (which is pretty small!). My pictures are coming out clearer than they did with the DSC-T1 as well; probably due to the new Steady Shot technology (which is why I upgraded to this model). The DSC-T1 IS A GREAT CAMERA but for some reason my entire arm has a tendency to move with my shutter button finger so I had to find something that could cater to that. Images taken in 6MP print out PERFECTLY; haven't tried with the other resolutions yet. I also love the Slide Show mode: There are several transition styles and if I don't want to use the background music that's already on the camera I can upload my own music files. Another bonus is the DSC-T9 comes with 58MB of internal memory (for those rare instances you run out of mem card space). Clear LCD screen and easy-to-navigate menus. It's an all around great camera for someone like me who uses it primarily for taking pictures of family/friends/pets and items I sell online. :)Read full review
i won that camera in about 60% of the market price. the camera is a credit card size and very light. the pictures quality is just perfect. in summery: very small camera with great features.
I bought Sony Cyber-shot DSC-T9 last week and was immediately impressed with appearance. It has 6.0 megapixel and size is perfect for carrying in a pocket and the battery has a pretty good lifespan of roughly 4 hours. My only complaint is that it is a little old, the case outside is too tight, and hard to pull down. That's it, I'm satisified
I like the camera that I purchased because it is: Small and compact, easy to learn and use and takes very good pictures. I especially like the mode that allows you to take pictures which are ready to email, with out resizing. It was an upgrade for me. I have recently worn out my Sony T1 camera and decided to purchase the T9 because I was extremely impressed with the previous two T1's that I had owned. Very nice and durable little camera, I usually carry mine in my back pocket.
This is a great camera with lots of functionality that I haven't figured out or will probably use. The pictures are great, and the zoom brings far away wildlife right into full view. Great image stabilization. Downside-need to 'read' the manual to utilize and comprehend the full versatility of the camera.
