Vacuum wand arrived poorly packaged. Tip was sticking out because the box was too small, also no padding materials inside. Listed as used but working, had a bad electrical connection inside and was completely useless. Reached out to seller to request return and refund due to incorrect listing. Seller demanded I show proof of my claim. Sent numerous pictures showing the wires were inaccessible and hidden. Explained this in great detail but still refused return/refund. Opened case, got refunded.

I bought a vacuum part from this seller and paid the $5 postage for it. When the postal carrier knocked on the door to deliver my package, she told me I had to pay the postage for it in the amount of $5.90. I contacted this seller with a copy of the postage due notice and asked how he planned on reimbursing me for the postage I had to pay a second time. His reply was for me to “Get out of here! Quit scamming people!”. This man is the one scamming - charging double for shipping!! Pathetic!!!
