    Good phone if all you want is a phone.

    I purchased this phone to replace an LG VX5500 that died after years of good service. The replacement works just like the old one, as expected, and I was able to transfer most of the data from the old phone. Now I can continue to put off changing over to a smartphone with the associated extra costs.

    Great phone but not sure of the battery life.

    This phone was a replacement for a broken phone with similar features. This is very good basic phone. Class both sent and received are clear and easily heard and understood when talking with others. This is a basic phone without the bells and whistles but for a person who just uses it for phones calls and do not "live" on the phone it is great. The battery life seems to be lacking but it might be my fault as the camera button is easily hit and I might be hitting that when I put it in my purse. I will need to check that out a little better. However, you cannot go wrong with this phone if you just want a basic phone.

    Very Good Basic Cell Phone

    I already had the exact cell phone, however, it just quit working for a couple weeks (but started working again 'out of the blue'), but I had already received the NEW one (so now I have a back-up if I ever need one). I am not into all the bells and whistles of some of the new cell phones out now, but this one has all the BASIC things a cell phone should have plus some! I purchased this as a brand-new Verizon phone. When I received it, it would not program, so I called Verizon and they said the phone I purchased was a "pre-paid" phone (which it didn't say that in the information on the phone I purchased). But they said if I brought it to a Verizon store that they could activate it for me. It has been working just fine since then. Battery life is "so, so". I don't use my cell phone a ...

    Awesome reliable phone

    I bought 2 of these because we like to be able to interchange accessories in our house. We are very happy we did. Please take note that most of the lower ratings for this were about the listing/seller, not the phone. This is perfect for someone that DOES NOT want to live their life on a phone. It does what you need. Great sounding calls, awesome pics(people comment how great they come out) with basic editing, internet, easy texting and a perfect size. The battery charges quickly. You CAN use it on any Verizon account with just a visit or phone call to them. If you want to live your whole life through your phone, spend big money and get an IPhone or Android. If you just want a great reliable phone....get one of these.

    for the money it is not a bad phone and easy to use

    Not a bad phone for the money, good battery life but does not have a alert for a missed call.I no longer use this phone got talked into getting a smart phone and I will have to say I really like it.
