Computer arrived poorly packaged, box crushed/not much packing material inside. Computer power button does not work, when plugged in you can hear the fan only, does not boot up, does not ask for password, does not work. Kharja60 says return it or get a $25 refund only, but if i do return it, it will cost me more to ship it back, already paid for cost of computer, shipping, plus cost of money for import duties/taxes. Out a lot of money & stuck with a broken computer. 1st bad experience on ebay.

This PC was listed asking for a password and no further test were made. According to the buyer the PC doesn't power up, I asked him to return it and upon inspection he will get full refund. He insisted on issuing him a full refund before returning it which Ebay doesn't recommend. The PC was sold for $49.99 plus shipping, I offered him a refund of $25 and he can keep the PC which he accepted and I did refund him the $25. I didn't expect him giving a negative feedback.

    My new outdated printer. Great printer though!

    It is my second one. It works great until it's done. Then you go get another one, because you've spent $100 on new ink. It's a great printer though. Just wish HP wouldn't upgrade and leave your last one obsolete.

    TMI on used replacement printer

    Well...when I hooked it up it started very slowly...several minutes before anything happened. I printed just one sheet and it seemed to take forever. Then I did a double-sided sheet...5 copies...in color...and it seemed to be working fine. This was a replacement of a second printer that had died. My wife uses two printers to print her monthly 877 copy (8 page) prison newsletter. This particular printer is no longer manufactured but I wanted identical printers so that I would not have to be buying two different kinds of ink. It seems to be working fine.

    Too much trouble

    I hate this printer and curse it daily. The printer stops and waits several times during the printing of a single page. It takes 10 times the normal printing time to produce documents. Now the fax feature does not work and HP is not much help. My specific AiO is the 8620. I have never had so much trouble with a machine in my years of using a computer. I have spent hours and hours on the phone and online trying to get this printer to work correctly. At one point, HP shipped me a re-built machine trying to solve the problems. I think it is just a lemon. I will not purchase another product from HP, preferring to return to my old favorite Lexmark.

    It updates it self for the internet easy to after it was set all the Mac devices found it with in seconds for the PC you have to use the DVD and is an easy set up Do not have a land line so can not say anything about the Fax will need to raise up the side to get the paper tray to open other than that no problem

    Happy to have found an HP 8610 that is identical to my 1st one from 2014

    Replace my original HP 8610 (2014) with the same Model. The original stopped printing. Print Head issues? But wanted another just like the first one. Of course, these are no longer available at the BIG BOX Stores. Luckily, I found the NEW ONE on Ebay. It is now working fine, but it was somewhat difficult for me to get the Printer CONNECTED with my PG and Router. The HP instructions about HOW2 do this could be MUCH IMPROVED.
