This has worked flawless. Provides a great picture and sound. I cant comment on the battery life. The unit is plugged in by our bed at night. We unplug the monitor during the day to keep with us in other areas of the house but only have it turned on when our daughter is napping. The pan and tilt features work great. Caution if you mount it on the wall. When panning the camera the picture on the screen tilts. This is not an issue if the camera unit is sitting on a table or desk.This has worked flawless. I purchased TWO of these a few months ago and never had time to write a review. The audio on both of our cameras does not work and has never worked. I should have written a review or contacted the sender earlier...but I was happy with the video so decided to not go through the hassle. We have been able to talk to our children through the camera, but we CANT hear them. I was not that worried about it until last night. I did not hear them get up during the night (because the audio doesn't work). I am very dissatisfied with this product, and upset that I have spent over $100 (since I bought two) and the sound on both is not working. Motorola camera works great poor substitute adapter.
Camera works great but the adapter that was provided with it is super short, black and sticks out from the base pretty far so it doesn't mount on the wall flush. I have to use an extension cord in order to use it where I need it. Looks tacky but can't switch it out with my other camera because the cord would be too short in that room also.

Stopped working
Camera not listed as used, but I suspect it was. From day 1 image appeared dimly lit compared to my other daughters BU which is 3 years old. Now after having it less than 4 months the camera is no longer functioning. Shows camera is on with full signal but monitor shows nothing. Very disappointed.
