I own the hand held massager and have used it extensively in my massage practice. I needed the foot vibration for leg edema as I knew it was super powerful! It certainly is. I think it dislodged a “mother” in my lungs 1st day and also increased ear wax-really! It shakes things up to top of your head by increasing circulation. I’m using it as I’m writing this.
