First time I've ever had to leave negative feedback. The lack of communication was stunning. Received one response after a few attempts saying item was shipping that day. Later attempts to contact for tracking# ignored all to no avail. Seller did not ship item. Finally had to resort to ebay resolution. Informed by ebay that I was to receive a refund which I haven't received as of yet. Bad business practice from this seller.

Update: On Friday May 3rd 2024 I received a notice from ebay that this item was being shipped. I did receive it on Saturday May 11 2024. Seller has been contacted so as to arrange payment from me. I was reimbursed shortly after my initial feedback. As soon as I get the seller compensated, this matter will be resolved as a positive transaction. Thank you to the seller for sending the book.

I am sorry you were unhappy with the shipping speed of this item. My window for shipping is stated as 3 business days after payment. We do not have mail on the weekends, so the earliest I could have gotten it out would've been Monday. In the future, if you are in a rush, please let me know and I will send it via priority mail instead of the budget friendly media mail
