    Good product it seems but not sure about technical support available?:)

    Hi! It looks like this product has wonderful features, just couldn't find technical support from company for this model. I did not know much about GPS systems when I purchased this product, but checked some websites saw great reviews from people who had it. When I needed to reach the company for some assistance with the product (it wasn't reading the map cartridge), I wasn't able to find technical support from the company anywhere. The phone number was not in service at the time and the website that did support SOME nextar devices, did not support the model I had. After researching some more to try to see if there was another way to reach the company, I found that other people had experienced a similar problem, not knowing how/where to get help with their device.     It's kind worth....

    hi, It's say no charger include .So i bought charger from walmart $7. I Bought this for my son because he always got lost.It's working great Everything is good Only Problem is battery.When I Unhook with charger It's goes on battery and screen is start shacking and after 1 minute it get brite white.I call it to company for solution they say Somebody Put high voltage or battery is bad They told me buy battery from Them for $15.Still they don't give me warranty.So i don't know what to do !!! Thanks

    great gps

    easy to use works perfect great for long trips or even just getting to a new place uv never been the built in features r really great lets u know any detours where the next rest stop is and gas station just a perfect tool for any one on the road or just any one who hates getting lost

    Amazing

    This thing is great super easy to use and talks loud to hear great price love it!!! The buttons are easy to push everything is placed in a great place best of all works when your in need of the right directions last minute.

    Nextar X3-03

    Unit was defective although NIB.I turns itself on while charging and the MP3 player starts by itself. It does the same thing once charges and has a rattle in the unit when you turn it. I bought because I had a X3 for years that worked great and this one was new in the box. The seller refuses to give a refund for a defective product, Cdixon34 keeps stalling saying he doesn't know what to do. Buyers beware and stay away from seller. From the way I was treated, I would try another GPS but the seller doesn't get one I gave him 3 already.
