The item was very poorly packaged. No actual cushioning materials, e.g., bubble wrap, was used. The front panel “intensity” buttons were both pushed into the base and not operable. Initial filling/flushing procedure could not be performed because the unit has a continuous low water level fault.
Unusable and a shame!

This was a brand new machine. The description stated the box was broken. Shame on you to make this up so you don’t need to pay return shipping.
