    A Great Addition to My Cookbook Collection

    If you want to up your smoking/grilling game, this is a good resource book. It outlines their process, techniques, and recipes. Sidebars give additional explanations. I like how the authors have developed recipes that bring in additional global flavors. I look forward to "smoking/grilling" my way through this cookbook.
