If you do not want to receive a damaged product simple do not order from this seller, as he clearly do not care about packaging and of course it is not his responsibility to make a safe packaging for his used but listed as open box product. Seller will blame a shipping company of course)) Lesson learned: better to pay a little bit more and buy from manufacturer than handle all this just to safe a couple of bucks. Paid extra money to get damaged and missing parts +waiting another 2weeks(
