First remove the cardboard carton Then remove the 12 screws holding the metal cart surrounding the cart (That took me awhile- I’m old)
I’m charging now and very excited with my new transport. The seller had great communication, contacted me and the freight company when it got laid over in Houston then arranging the Corpus Christi delivery
