The item was not "New" and unopened as described and also claimed by the seller when I asked him about it. It was an open box item that came in a damaged box, retaped, with no packaging material inside or plastics, and instructions had been opened and lying flat in the bottom of the box with dust. I have asked for a refund and/or a discount since the was not new. I will work throug ebay since he has not responded. I am definitely not happy! "Do not buy" from this seller! Not honest!
