The Theremini is a great little unit, loads of fun to play with. The presets make it about 1000 times easier to play than a standard Theremin. I went to the Moog factory in Asheville NC and tried a Theremin. All I could do is make it squawk. It gave me a whole new admiration for anyone who can actually play a tune on it. The Theremini's presets make it so much easier to make real and pleasant sounds, although it takes a steady hand and a great deal of practice to play a tune. If you are as crazy about musical instruments as I am, or are looking for a new sound for your band, this is a fantastic, affordable choice. It can be mounted on a tripod so you can play it standing up, and can be hooked into an amplifier (it does have a built-in speaker).

The Theramini is fun and easy to use. It has great sounds pre-loaded and you can edit them with a download from Moog that runs on iPads or computers. I like the ability to choose scales or just play it raw. The built in speaker has great tone. Built in echo, too! And it looks like a spaceship!

Product is great but delivery method is not. Product delivered to the front bushes, luckily found before rain got too hard.

Made a great XMas present for our daughter. She was able to make musical sounds right away.

Does what it is supposed to do. Would like to see more stops without steps. Some I can't turn off. I'm a long way from being good with this interments. Wish the volume went louder as I move closer. Maybe there is a reverse but haven't looked yet.
