I have purchased this book 4 times. I lost my first copy in a move and replaced it as soon as I could. I have given it as gifts the other three times for people who loved recipes I prepared from it. The recipes are arranged in a seasonal order with some menus for holiday or special occasions. There is a Christmas morning breakfast suggestion and a spring wedding menu. I prepared the Thanksgiving menu with only a few substitutions and had raves from guests. The recipes vary from complicated and expensive to prepare to delightfully easy and delicious. I have not found a bad recipe; my absolute favorite cauliflower prep is in here. There are helpful tips and interesting facts in the margin. This is a fun cookbook, one of the first I take off the shelf when looking for a new recipe.
