The item I received was in a similar outside condition as shown but, the screen was in MUCH worse condition and has a LOT more wear than the example implies... With that said, I contacted the seller and they partially refunded me some of the price to make it right. The seller I would definitely deal with again as it works perfectly... just, the example condition was off from what I received.
